PANO – The most favorite Vietnamese products 2016 program selected by customers was announced on November 3rd in Hanoi.
This annual event in response to the “Vietnamese people using Vietnamese goods” campaign under the directive of the Politburo aims to promote and materialize the rights and interests of consumers, as well as encourage businesses to raise products’ quality, improve technology to establish a firm foothold right in the domestic market and in international market as well.

This year, the program attracted 12 major industries with 120 participating products selected from 1,000 enterprises nationwide.
The products must satisfy certain criteria in terms of quality, origin and price, and comply with the regulations on consumers’ and workers’ rights, environmental protection, food safety and legal competition.
The month-long voting program, starting from November 15, will be conducted online. Customers can also vote directly at walking areas on November 19-20, and December 3-4 at the Ly Thai To Park, Hanoi.
According to organizers, the ceremony to honor the most favorite Vietnamese products in 2016 will be broadcast live on HTV1 and Hanoi TV on December 22nd.
