Southeast Asia Shooting Championship 2016 kicked off

PANO – The 40th Southeast Asia Shooting Championship was kicked off on November 2 at the Hanoi National Sports Training Center.

The event draws the participation of nearly 300 shooters and coaches from nine countries and territories, namely Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Macau, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China) and the host, Vietnam.
The shooters will complete in 18 categories for both men and women with paper target rules.
On November 3, the championship drives some events, including young women’s 25m sports pistol, women’s 50m rifle and young women’s 50m rifle shooting events.
The closing ceremony will be held on November 11.
