The 11 months of the year also marked labour export growth in the Middle East market, when as countries in the region received 5,336 Vietnamese labourers, a year-on-year increase of 10.18%.
Although 26 markets received Vietnamese labourers, only 6 received 1,000 labourers or more, including China’s Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Algeria and Arab Saudi Arabia.
The year 2016 is expected to mark a successful year for labour export as diverse countries opened the door for Vietnamese labourers, especially the markets offering high incomes, such as the Republic of Korea and Germany./.
