Vietnamese gastronomy preservation and research center launched

(VOVworld) – A center to promote and preserve Vietnamese cuisine opened on Friday as part of the Vietnam Tourism Fair in Hanoi.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Tourism Association, Vu The Binh, said Vietnamese dishes have won good impression of demanding guests and renowned chefs. He expected the center to promote the research and preservation of Vietnamese food while introducing it to international friends. On this occasion, the Vietnamese association and the US Travel Association signed a cooperative agreement to facilitate Vietnamese travel agencies operation in the US and Vietnamese people visiting the US.
